This was our third sojourn at Maison O, and it's such a pleasure to return to the familiar warmth and comfort of this lovely house in centre of one of the most beautiful villages in France. One of the great things about Menerbes is that there are no hotels in the village itself, so it's peaceful and quiet in the evenings once the tourists have left for the day. And Menerbes is a perfect base for touring - after a collective six weeks using 'Maison' as a base, we still have plenty of items on our regional 'to-do' list. But it's also a joy just to enjoy the house and the views from the terrace. The local markets (especially Coustellet's Sunday marché paysan) are a cook's joy, and the choice of restaurants in the town and nearby (for example, in Goult and Bonnieux) are also excellent. we stayed here in September 2019 for 8 days it was our base, and it was great, we were 2 couples travelling for our joint 60th birthday's. we found the accommodation fantastic. The Apartment was spacious, equipped with everything you needed, the view from the kitchen was to die for. We cooked a few meals in house and ate on the balcony, then slumped in the comfortable lounge, what away to enjoy Provence. we would highly recommend a visit and the local township of Menerbes offers great food coffee and wine. the restaurants are fantastic particularly the one just outside the front door. love to come back — Anna Deane, 16 Jan 2020

Estuve el mes de Agosto de 2019 con mi familia en la magnífica casa de Ménerbes, 4 adultos y una niña. La casa está en un pueblo realmente bonito, perfecto para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Calles, bonitas, buenos restaurantes y tiendas y bares alguno con música en directo estupendos para tomar una copa o cenar. La casa es perfecta. céntrica aunque de fácil aparcamiento para el coche, un tamaño perfecto y con todas las comodidades. Decoración muy cuidada, armónica y elegantes. Y una terraza insuperable para desayunar o lo que se encarte. hemos pasado dos maravillosas semanas y tanto la ciudad como la casa como la atención recibida han sido Perfectas. Ahh y se me olvidada, limpia limpísima. Muchísimas gracias

I was in August 2019 with my family in the magnificent house of Ménerbes, 4 adults and a girl. The house is in a really beautiful town, perfect for a great holiday. Streets, beautiful, good restaurants and shops and some bars with great live music for a drink or dinner. The house is perfect. Central although easy parking for the car, a perfect size and with all the comforts. Very careful, harmonious and elegant decoration. And an unsurpassed terrace for breakfast or whatever you want. My husband and I spent a wonderful week at MaisonO last August with another couple (our besties) and couldn’t recommend both Menerbes and MaisonO enough. Menerbes is gorgeous and a great base to explore the region, with so much to do within an easy day trip and everything you need in the village including delicious restaurants. MaisonO is beautifully appointed, relaxed and Catherine has thought of everything so easy to settle into. From strolling to the bakery each morning to sitting on the deck of an evening enjoying a glass of the local wine with some deliciousness bought at a local market, watching the sun go down over that beautiful view with good friends - what a perfect French experience. Wow! From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house has been renovated to a very high standard with everything a guest would need. The beds are very comfortable with quality linen too. My husband and I have full on lives and to relax on the terrace with that wonderful view was intoxicating! We visited in March and the area is magical, we would recommend visting the local markets for colour and interest. We ate at the restaurant opposite the house the first night and it was delicous. Menerbes is quiet and the shops were only open for short periods for March but you can find all you need in other villages. We stayed at Maison O with our son and daughter-in-law and had a wonderful time. It is such a nice place to be. The location was perfect for us, right in the middle of the village so we could easily walk to places around town, but we found it quiet inside since the street is not too busy. There is also a fabulous view from the deck outside the kitchen, which was a great place to sit any time of day. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook and serve. Beds were comfortable - we really had all we needed. This is a great base if you are visiting the Luberon. You can be comfortably settled here with easy access to the many hill towns nearby. I stayed in Maison O for a week in August 2018. Joined by two girlfriends for the first couple of days, this was - beyond doubt - the perfect village location and the perfect house. Beautifully appointed, Catherine has done a super job of selecting simple, yet elegant furniture and accessories. The terrace is perfect for sitting and relaxing - either over a croissant from one of the near-at-hand bakeries in the village - or to savour a glass of rose and watch the sun go down. After my friends had left, I stayed by myself, enjoying the peace and quiet. Despite a massive thunderstorm, during which Joanne, the excellent property manager, made sure I had everything I needed (and the wi-fi held up - a better service than at home!!) nothing could dampen my spirits or spoil what was a truly memorable stay in a memorable location. Last summer my friends and I stayed at this lovely house in Menerbes. It was more than we expected! The house, the village, the region was pure Provence. The decor was airy, fresh and inviting. It was alway a delight to close the evening sitting on the balcony that over looked a field of Lavender or walk minutes away for a fresh baguette and bottle of wine. I found the perfect place in the Luberon for my two weeks vacation in June/July 2015.
Maison O is a great house in the center of beautiful Menerbes. You can walk to everything in the village and it's an easy drive to a multitude of other wonderful attractions in the Luberon. The house has everything one could need. Newly renovated it is clean and comfortable. The functional kitchen has a great view of the Luberon. Next to it the dining area has a door out to a large terrace for leisurely outdoor drinks and meals. The bedrooms with their own bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a huge bonus room on the top floor with a large tv and comfy sofas for evenings at home or rainy days. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation. — EricaDZ, 26 Jan 2016

We stayed at Maison 'O for 6 weeks - our first holiday as a family with our newborn. We couldn't have asked for more. The view just wouldn't stop giving and we spent hours on the terrace - constantly indulging in sundowners and bbq - such special times. The house operates perfectly with all the mod cons - from washing machine and dryer, to satellite TV, wi-fi and Bose bluetooth speaker! Lest we forget the location! Wow!
